Milk then..

I wanna try the milk-diet, but it's hard when my mother is sooo watcing over me. Argh... Well, I'm gonna give it a try. I read that beginner are trying that diet, and it really work for her, so I hope it'll work for me. I don't know if I can finish it, but I'll try. I just have to be careful. If I can't finish it then I'll just continue to eat as little as possible, but still drink low-fat milk. In the diet I'm gonna eat 1 egg two days, but I'm wondering if I could change that into a low-fat yoghurt. I don't know..., do you, beginner?!

I'll tell you have it goes. Stay strong all XD

  1. I guess you could, I don't know, not like I'm eating "a piece of some meat" as it says on the site. But I think most of my weight loss at first was water weight, because I'd been eating quite a lot before I started. Just to let you know. But I seem to be back to fat loss now, since it's slowed down so much.

    Well, it's only eight days and shouldn't be that difficult to fool your mother, at least wasn't for me... but the weekend is still not over, the last two days are going to be the hardest.
